I'm wondering if it is possible to install a complete IP-telephony CM7.0 based solution using only DL380pg8 and AVP with SM7.0, CM7.0 and US7.0, without media-gateways?
We have purchased a DL380pG8 and a G450 gateway, I have successfully installed all of the software required to get IP-telephony up and running, though I still have not installed the G450. Now I see my 1603 phones successfully get an ip address from DHCP and the 252 option, I see with list trace ras <ip> that they try to register unsuccessfully, as error pops up:

13:58:28 denial event 2041: IP RRJ-No DSP Resource
I've read a lot and it seems that I have no DSP resources available in the network region my procr is associated to. And here is my main question - is it possible to provide necessary DSP resources using only the configuration stated above? I mean I understand that if I install the G450 - everything will be fine, but I remember someone telling me that it is possible to launch a complete IP-telephony solution based ONLY on the server and software, please correct me if I'm wrong.
