Hi - We are beginning to deplay Avaya 9608 and 9650 phones out to the work at home employees. Is there a configuration that we can put in place on the phones or the pbx (8730) that would send a 911 call to the appropriate 911 location and not the corporate office? Locations are nationwide.

First of all, you will need trunks in every location so that the calls will route to the correct PSAP. You would then need to set up per location dialing rules so that the 911 calls route appropriately.
