Hi - I'm setting up a 9608 ip phone and the only assigned buttons that are showing up on the active screen are the call appearnace buttons. Everything else is showing up in Features window. I have 3 call appreance buttons assigned, 2 autodials, 1 aux and 1 after call. Any one else run into this issue or could possibly tell me what I did wrong? Thx - RC

In the 46xxsettings file :
Enable/disable Feature Button on Phone
## When FBONCASCREEN is set to 1 Feature Button are also
## displayed on Call Appearance filtered screen.
## Default = 0.
## Note: This feature is available on H.323 release 3.0 only for 9630 or 9640 phones & release 6.0 for 96x1 phones..

In doing this, it does allow the feature keys on the home page, but also duplicates them on the next page, starting with the first feature button programmed on button 4. Any suggetsions? using 9611G phones.Comment

This is working as designed. You will also be able to see any buttons programmed on a 12 or 24 button module by scrolling on the main phone screen.Comment
