    B179 SIP Conf phone

    We're currently experiencing an issue where our Avaya B179 conference phone is going straight to the automated attendant voicemail both for external and internal callers. It does not have a voicemail box associated with it. Please advise me on this one. Thank you for the assistance in advance.

    Is it on a CM or an IP Office? If it's an IP Office then just check System Status and see if DND is enabled, also check the user programming in Manager since it sounds like you have voicemail enabled.

    If it's a CM then I won't be able to help much since I'm not familiar enough with it.
