Incoming CALL

hi guys,

please may i ask something because the incoming call has some issue.

because sometimes if someone call or i ty to call my line, sometimes the auto attendant doesnt play it go keep ringing directly.. any advise please

1. reception # 1 w/auto attendant
2. reception # 2 w/auto attendant
3. PRI Lines
