    Issues with staying on Release 5.2

    We have a location that is currently on release 5.2 with no problems. Is there any reason we would need to upgrade to 6.2 in the next few years? Will support not be available if needed? The location will most likely be moving to our main site in the next few years and we would rather not do any unnecessary upgrades in the meantime.

    According to this document: End of services parts support: 3 June 2019


    Not sure how that would be for support on the software.

      The same document notes EoMS (End of Manufacturing Support) for the software as 31 August 2014. That is the point at which Avaya stopped providing any maintenance releases or patches for software issues on CM 5.2.1.
