Is there a feature I need to enable to see the externally busy indicator of Red in the Busy display, because currently I cant see it even though I have set the External Call Numbers.
All the busy indicator shows up as Yellow.
I have even tried turing off EC500

If everything is set up properly, the indicator should turn yellow if a user is on a call and orange if a user has Send All Calls activated. The documentation indicates that the indicator should be yellow for an internal call and red for an external call. The documentation is incorrect.

OneX Attendant User Profile Import

I've installed OneX Attendant 4.0 on a new machine and need to import users from a 3.01 installation. When I attempt to import a user profile from my export file, I received the following error:

No primary key value for foreign key
'FK_TBL_WIND_REF_397_TBL_USER" in table "tbl_windowpos"

Please advise where I can define this key.
