CM 7.01 for JTIC using MUDGV1.3

Communication Manager 7.01 Military Deployment for DSN

I have the 'Military Unique Deployment Guide V1.3 (rel701_Virtual_MUDGv1_3)

On PLDS I do not see any JTIC/DSN files for 7.01.

I have installed the JTIC software for CM 6.3 before and PLDS has always listed the files that I need.

Do I need to get Avaya to update my account so I can see the files for CM 7.01 JTIC?

    thanks

This is the reply I got from Avaya.

    Hopefully this helps someone else.

There is no separate JITC load.
    All loads are now merged.
That said, it should be on your original CD’s that were ordered w/ the system.
Barring having the original CD’s, it is posted on support.avaya.com as an .ova for vmware, AVP or a standalone.

Did this ever get fully resolved? I have the AVP 7.0.1 MUDG and it states to go to PLDS to get the AVP hardening file - avaya-jitc.vib .

There are new MUDG documents for CM/CMM 7.0.1 version 2.3 as well as a separate document for AVP 7.0.1 version 1.4.3. There is also a specific file for part of the hardening on AVP as well as, 2 new files, selinux tools and AIDE for CM hardening. As I understand it, if you are categorized as an Avaya reseller, you currently will not have access to these documents and files. Avaya support can access these files internally if you can find the right folks to help you. I am not clear on why having a classification as reseller makes a difference. Searching CM MUDG on the support site will give you links but they will fail with authentication failed (if your a BP reseller). There are links to the additional downloads in the new MUDG documents but the link fail authentication as well. Hope this helps....
