    Avaya IP Office R9.1.10 SMDR with Proteus Call Billing Application

    Hello Guys,

    I am using Avaya IP office Server Edition Release 9.1.10 with Proteus call Billing software(3rd Party).

    There is some duplicate raw data is coming on the report.

    For Example, if any single call is landing on Voicemail Pro (IVR message) and redirected to particular extension.But reports are showing 3 times on a single incoming number with same time.

    I checked with Avaya Support and upgrade the system into R9.1.9 into R9.1.10

    But still issues is same.

    Is anyone facing this type of issues or any proper solution for this case.......

    Did you try to uncheck the "Call Splitting for Diverts" checkbox on System/SMDR tab ?

      Yes. It's already unchecked.
