force phone registration in LSP

How to enable the force phone registration in LSP. When ever link flap the phone will be still registered to the main server(Split Registration)

To over come I need to enable the Force Phone Registration.

I have tried to enable the FPR making LSP in Active and I am got getting any chance to enable the FPR.

Please let me know the procedure to enable the FPR.

You would have to make sure that all of the gatekeepers, except the Processor Ethernet, in the Alternate Gatekeeper List are unavailable for registration.
