Phone E-129 GROUP PAGING USING SPEAKERPHONE IN AVAYA AURA

I have a few E129 phones in avaya aura and when we do the voceo group pag only ring there is no way to activate the speaker since I also have about 9608 q if the speaker is activated only if someone can help me
