I have a user with 2 extensions. She wants to have the calls at one extension (1) ring the other extension (2) and have the calls go into the voicemail of extension (2). We have tried forwarding, follow me, etc..nothing works...any ideas ??
It can be done but you need to explain a little more. Why 2 phones? Do other people also use these phones? Are external calls being routed to either? What voicemail type? What type of phones?
Options would be (in no particular order): Internal Twinning, Hot Desking, Coverage.
