I picked up a few 4610SW phones to use with asterisk pbx. I plugged them in and hit * to program, got the latest software 2.9.2 on the tftp server, got all the phones upgraded, but then I get stuck at Discover 10.0.0.5, which means it can't contact the gatekeeper, which I think means it's in H.323 mode. I was searching on how to switch over to SIP, and it says to keep hitting # in program mode to get to "Enter command:", however I never get that menu. Once I hit # to save settings, the phone resets.

Yes, I had tried that, however since the phone doesn't fully boot and is stuck in Discover xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mode, none of the other buttons are recognized. I tried several reboot/reset/etc combinations without success.Comment

Got it going. You have to mash the # key 20x after making no changes to get to the command. Also after you hit the mute button, the keys you enter don't make a sound, but still do stuff. so mute > 744 > # should get you into SIG menu.Comment
