Exporting XML File for Upgrade

I'm self taught on the IPO and have been asked by Sales to pull the xml file for an IPO. Any help appreciated. Thanks

You need to have a updated version of manger, IE R10 and up. Once you have that you can open the config and select "Tools" on the menu bar and then "License Migration"
