Hi,
"Testinads" will always attempt to dial out to sent a test trap to the destination.This is configured in almcall if you are using a modem to dialout or almsnmp if its via SSG/ASG.
Check if you have configured SNMP destination or OSS number by running the following commands:-
almcall
almsnmpconf
