      the phone was set up a year ago worked fine and until now it is that I present this incidence

        The phone is telling you that it's unable to register with its primary call server. Is the server up? Is there network connectivity between the server and phone?

          Check the phone at the system itself so you can eliminate any cabling, if problem still persists try it on a different port on the phone system itself
