One of the menthods is to use Avaya's "self service" website. Avaya Customers and Partners can create and monitor Service Requests at: http://support.avaya.com >> "Self Service"
- Please access http://support.avaya.com
- on the right hand side, click on "Self service" to expand it
- Click on "create service request"
