Is there a way to remotely change the signaling on an endpoint from H.323 to SIP? Currently I have an IP Phone Group ID defined in the settings that will pull the SIP software but that requires a restart of the phone, any other ideas?
By default, phone is using DHCP option 242, you can set SIG=2 in option 242 to change signaling protocol to SIP.
So whenever phone boots up, it requests upgrade file for SIP fw instead.
