Hello at all,
I have a very difficult problem to solve.
The basic elements are these:
ACM 5.2 and deskphone 9608 (alias 9630).
The ACM is at the last revision (patch 21656 for 02.1.016.4) and the deskphones have FW 6.6401.

The problem is this:
calling the 9608 deskphones does not ring and the display does not change, but the caller hears the call control tone (as if everything was ok).
Doing a reset on the 9608 (detaching and reattaching the LAN cable) the situation returns to normal.
Randomly some deskphones reoccur the problem and to delete it you need to reset again.
We have seen that when the deskphones work the "status station" is:
ADMINISTERED TYPE : 9630
CONNECTED TYPE : 9608
SERVICE STATUS : IN-SERVICE/ON-HOOK
TCP SIGNAL STATUS : CONNECTED
Instead when deskphones do not work the "status station" is this:
ADMINISTERED TYPE : 9630
CONNECTED TYPE : N/A
SERVICE STATUS : IN-SERVICE/ON-HOOK
TCP SIGNAL STATUS : CONNECTED
From the tracks "list trace station ..." everything seems ok even when the deskphones do not ring, as you can see below:
