Who is familiar with this product?
I got quite strange situation. I need to record just some phones. It is not Contact Center. It is just some phones. They are dispatchers. PBX is CM.
According to docs AWFOS supports such mode. But there is not docs about it. The easiest mode. Not docs at all.
There are docs about CM + Elite. CM + AACC, CM + Oceana. If I configure AWFOS according to docs then I got some issues with visualization of recorded calls. Calls are recorded but web portal doesn't show it.
If somebody is familiar with this product then could you give me advice/screenshots of your settings.
