We get about 2-3 of these per day - our 9608 handsets will lock up and not allow the user to hit the voicemail key, the missed call key or the phone book. We have about 250 of them in total.
After a reboot or a re-program they come back, but it's annoying. Our vendor has a ticket in w Avaya and apparently they're not sure either.
We're on the latest build of v 10 and they want to move us to v11 to get this fixed but I am so curious why this happens randomly. Any suggestions?
