    License Error

    Hi,
    I have a system, S8800 Duplex, CM 5.2.1, G450 Media GWs...due to some unknown reasons...system goes into license error mode....when i login to browser and click on license file, it says:

    The License File Web page allows installation of Avaya license files.
    CommunicaMgr License Mode: License Error System Administration Will Be Blocked in Approximately 29 days. Contact Your Service Representative Immediately. Serial Number Mismatch Network used for License: NONE if i do an interchange or perform a reset system 4....system gets back to normal...and after 30 minutes, it shows license normal....but after 2-3 hours, it again goes into license error mode...please help.....any suggestions are more than welcome..

    Be sure the serial number of the gateway matches the one in the license file. Issue the "show system" command in the G450 to verify. I have seen a mismatch between what is labeled on the G450 and the serial number in the system.

    Ensure that the "ip license-server' command has been issued in the reference G450. This is done automatically when using the G450 wizard but needs to be manually entered if the gateway is configured using the CLI.

      i have checked the serial #, it is correct..let me check with the engineer who installed it whether he gave this ip license server command or not....
