SIP Softphone Register to Avaya IPO

Hello Everyone,


Good day!


I need your assistance on how can I register a SIP softphone from my mobile to my Avaya IPO? Already have my SIP license and also created a SIP extension but I'm not able to register it and make/receive calls.


Any recommendation what softphone I'm going to use?

Hi, You can use any 3rd party sip phone for your mobile xlite,mediaPhone or 3cx etc.
If you create 3rd party sip extension. 1st try within your local LAN. It should work & after that you need to do NAT/Port forwarding in your firewall to access the same from WAN.
