SBC - is it possible to get dual authentication for user registrations

SBC - is it possible to get dual authentication for user registrations.

Normal SBC use case for corporate phone user.

1. User connects to SBC using Public Internet using equinox client.
2. his corporate extension is available to him.


However while logging in he just enters his email address and all his configuration is auto picked up.

Is there any way we can do two step authentication either native to Avaya or any third party two step authentication product ?

Sounds like you're not using SSO (single-sign-on) enabled by LDAP integration.

E-mail address is used to map the client to an instance of AADS which delivers server connection information. The client should prompt for enterprise directory credentials used as a single login across all servers.
