MM SQL errors

Anybody come across this before on MM 5.2 SP6 system throwing up 1023 application errors with the following messaging.

An ODBC call failed with SQLSTATE 42S01 and native error code -1303. Error text: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Table 'Subscriber:01becd1f5ce61d46a264c80f49a2b62e' already exists. If the problem persists you may need to restart the voice server service or voice server machine. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your Avaya Modular Messaging Software support representative

It seems like an issue with FEDB. The user database seems corrupted, please open a SR with support to have it addressed.
