aura messaging imap4143 enabling

As soon as i enabled the imap port 143 i was able to see the MWI when i left a voice mail from the voicemail prompt to send messages,
But when I try to leave a voicemail for a extension. the voicemail is not being reflected unless is disable port 143 in port access.
Any ideas??

To isolate problem , I suggest you to check MWI.log . If you have any further questions, please raise a ticket with the Backbone support Team.
