    MWI light on, no message

    Aura Messaging, light is on, no message. Cleared MWI, deleted any and all saved messages still same thing? Thoughts?

    Check the mailbox using an IMAP account in Outlook. See if it shows additional messages that do not show with the TUI.

      is there any other voice mail install in same building. or in networked building check them for your DNs
