MM5.2 a single server, SIP trunk ACM5.2.1, has installed. Internal calls to MM perceives as external ("Welcome to Avaya Messaging"), but the messages are delivered and MWI works fine.

I think this might also require CM configuration to be checked and From MM side check how the call wants to be treated in Subscriber options.

configured, there is integration with ACM and MS Outlook. Incoming messages are accepted. At the moment can not send outbound fax from MM with the user's desktop. I opened a new thread “MM, outgoing call”
