    Call History Call Back

I have 9611 and 9630 phones and when intiating a call from the missed call log the PBX inserts a 9 in front of all numbers. Our ARS is 3 and our AAR is 8. Where is the 9 coming from?

Had this same problem - Found that you need to set this via the 46xxsetting.txt file...

    Look for option - PHNOL

If it's not set or ## out then default is 9... If you set this option you can place your ARS code there...

    Hope that helps,
