I am having a strange issue with CMM 6.0.1 where I add subscribers in a 44xx or 46xx range but Audix does not route calls to their mailboxes. Instead they are sent to a default covering extension as if the subscribers were never setup. If I do the same thing for a 43xx subscriber, it works just fine. I went into Messaging Server Admin and a made sure that the 44xx and 46xx ranges were within the starting/ending extension ranges. The 44xx and 46xx are also in the allowed extension range in CM and setup as stations. Has anyone seen anything like this before? It seems like CMM (Audix) does not recognize the 44xx or 46xx range. Is there anywhere else I should check that I am missing? I am still getting used to the CMM 6.0.1 interface. Thanks in advance.
