Hello:

I have a problem. In all digital telephones the new messages indicator does not light. I have telephones 6408D+, 8410D, 2410 and 5410. I made several tests, changed phone, deleted and created users, check the configuration, but I can not succeed,
I have a audix system version R3.2 running on a Definity switch. However, new messages are stored in the mail, and users can listen to your messages
I am desperate because no longer do. If anyone can help me thanks,

Have a look to see if the subscriber Host Switch Number is the same as the one configured on the Audix.
