I have tried to do an outlook integration with IA770 installed on a S8300 Media Server, running CM 4 and 3 and I can not do it. In our office we have the IA770 installed with CHIA set version 7.041-00.00.007 and Audix Application Set is version 6.0.99. I had seen that in a POP3 integration with an IA770 it is necessary to enable the POP3 client in the General Options of Messaging Administration, but this is not show on our CM 3 or CM4 versions. Does anybody could help me?

On Maintenance page of Communication Manager (main page), go down. Towards the bottom you will find "Messaging Administration" link. Click on it. It will open new window for Messaging Administration.
Go to the Messaging Administration main menu --> under IMAP/SMTP Administration --> click on General Options
You may try above. If you have any more questions, pls reply. -
Thanks I have already configured all IA770 and it is working fine but as I tried to explain before is that this option it is not showing into the web messaging administration page, if you email me at [email protected] I could send a print screen in order that you could see it yourself.
In this case I can not enable the POP3 client.Comment
