MM Wav File Encoding/Send Off Network?

Since the wav file is encoded to make it "stand out" in Exchange, how do you tell Exchange to only hold those wav files from being forwarded off the network? This question may not be appropriate for this forum, but thought I would check any way.

You can use the Restricted Outlook Client and privacy enforcement level settings in Modular Messaging to restrict the distribution of offnet messages. The concepts and planning guide available on the support.avaya.com web site provides specific details.

Thanks, but from what I have read, restricting the OTC does not work with Exchange.
