Hello group, I’m hoping that you can be of some assistance to me as I’m completely new to the Avaya Systems and have a problem that nobody in the office can resolve, I will tell toy the problem then list out the server details and such, if I’m missing any details then please let me know and I will try and find it out for you.
OK the problem is with one user who when she presses her Message Button and enters her password, once she has entered her password he is presented with a message stating she has 104 email messages, press one to review then press 2 to listen to the email messages, there is no option there to review or listen to voice mail messages. I know she has VM as I left her one,
The server has been rebooted and the database has been re-sync’d

As mentioned above I’m new to this and it’s a steep learning curve for me
