    SIP Integration

Team, we are on MM 5.xx and CM 5.2xx and I cannot get fax feature via MM working as was on previous CM4.xx. (I had this working find on the previous system using assigned individual DIDs.)

I enabled Fax in MAS and change the phone type as was in old system ensuring that settings are correct. However, when I try to add the fax # in MM as a secondary number I get an error message “A secondary ext may not match another PBX or Secondary ext. (1505)”.

I tried researching how this should be configured on the MAS but cannot find anything so far.

Can you let me know what I need to do to get this working?

    Thanks

Hi there, rolo. A friend of mine uses Tenfold for integration between Avaya and MS. It's been working out for them, I'm also looking into it. Might give it a try soon.

Amazing how this friend of yours, whom you post about all over these forums, is using the very product that you sell
