Callpilot 5.0 on 201i getting error codes 35462 request from system controller had failed and error 33591 failed to execute hex display . Looking for plan of attach 201i server had been changed but not the hard drive. Customer said slow mesaage wait lites and system slow to respond .

If callpilot server has been replaced. I am advising that tech try and get archive backup of users applications and prompts. Get screen shots of callpilot manager configuration and SDN table. Replace drive and restore from archive backups. This will help determine if problem was with hard drive or DB corruption, when restoring from full backup. Make sure you have all your disks and peps before doing this procedure.
