This is my first post so I'm not sure it's going to the right forum.
The volume button on the 9620 does not sufficiently reduce the volume. Is there a way to program the phone to reduce the volume further? This is particularly a problem if using a wired headset (without volume control).
Any advice would be appreciated. I could not find anything in the manual or FAQ's
