CMM can't record name and message

Hi guys, I see a strange problem, i use CM5.2.1 with CMM. The CMM can answer the call, but i can't leave message and record name, i don't known that is why? Everybody who see this problem before, please help me, thanks!
The phone type is 9620.

This usually happens if there is a duplicate IP in the network . i would recommend you to try changing the messaging ip to a different unused ip and see if that helps.

Else , you have one way talk path issue.
