MM 5.2 Woes

I have several users who have been using MM 5.2 without an issue. In the past 12 hours two just reported that the MM player no longer plays their voice mail messages. I do not see any obvious system errors, OS patching, recent software installs, etc. to explain what happened. Anyone have a suggestion what I might consider checking next?

• If you say in the last 12 hours MM player no longer plays your messages, does it mean it is an "Avaya voice player" or some other multimedia?
• How are you retrieving your messages from web client or from OTC(Outlook thick client)?
• When you try to retrieve the message did it pop some error?
• What is the OTC or web client version?

It could also be a connectivity problem from the PC to the server. Please check the DNS settings on a working & on a non working system.
