Fax Sending Driver for Modular Messaging 5.2

Dear Friends,
i have installed MM5.2 and integerate with Microsoft exchange. Now my customer wishes to send fax(s) directly through MM.i have made appropriate configuration as per document. but when i try to send fax from user end it says no driver found for MM fax sender service even though i have installed microsoft client for MM 5.2 at user end.

please suggest me...

The MM client software is in no way associated with the fax feature of MM.

Each PC will need to install the proper printer driver for the shared MM fax "printer" in order for users to use it. Keep in mind that the user account logged into the PC will need to be MM enabled. There are other setup requirements depending on whether you are using a MSS (and whether it is joined to the customer's AD domain or not) or Exchange backend.

Thanks for your suggestion...well im able to add shared mm fax printer driver at user end..but now im facing another issue that when i send a fax its status is remain in pending.... will you please suggest me for that..thanks
