Hi Avaya Users,
I have a new installation of Avaya Aura Messaging 6.0.1 with direct SIP integration to Avaya Aura CM 6.2. I have already configured the SIP trunk, signalling group, hunt group, Public-unknown numbering, off-pbx station mapping, aar analysis, and other necessary configurations. I am also able to dial my huntgroup extension 6000. When I dial the huntgroup 6000, what I hear is " to access your mailbox, press pound. To leave a message for someone on the system, enter their number" , which I think is correct.
However, my problem is this, when I call an extension and it goes to coverage path, I hear the same greeting as what I hear when I dial the huntgroup which is "to access your mailbox, press pound. To leave a message for someone on the system, enter their number". The problem is why is there a need to enter the number, what if the caller do not know the number?
Stations have a coverage path which goes to the huntgroup 6000.
Please help. Thanks!
