I have a avaya phone system, i am fairly new to it and i am trying to fix a small issue, I was able to change the extension on the phone, but the display shows someone elses voice mail ext.
Example 8703 phone
but 8705 VM ext.
I tried to find a document in support and then called ayava, the person i spoke with stated they had never hear of that phone????? Really, i told them I googled it and found the modle and the users manual, but they would not help.
Have anyone had this issue, i am sure it is something simple that i am over looking.
