Are you on a windows platform and if so, how are you handling the windows updates? Avaya's website does not show any information with regard to this. PLEASE advise.

Microsoft security updates should be applied as they become available. Avaya will assist with any problems that might arise as the result of a security patch from Microsoft.
Service Pack updates and new versions of operating systems must still be certified by Avaya.
