I got my answer on another forum. Was just confirming if I reboot the HP Server that Voicemail Pro will come back up on its own. Thanks!

VMpro service will start with OS bootup by default.

By default, VMpro service is installed with "Automatic" start mode, except installer change the mode to "Manual". Thus, everytime, after the PC server bootup, VMpro service will start automatically.
