We are having an issue within our VM system that our hours (1080 total) are being used up in announcement storage (962.5 as of today) We have 3900 users with only 53.3 hours being used for messages and 19 automated attendants. Our space is being taken and put into announcement by about 3-6 hours a day. No one knows why and we can't figure it out. We are now at a critical 90% of our hours used, and we are afraid the system will crash. This just started in April when we moved over to this server per our AVAYA partners instructions. (original server had dead air and would not alway connect our users to our system) System is 2.5 years old and have had alot of issues. Feel it may be a software glitch, but don't know. Has any one else had these issues before with storage or with dead air??? or have any suggestions it would be appreciated. Thanks
