Our client is using Avaya and wants to automate the processing steps by putting an entry into ASA and configuring MM & EC500 external to avaya.
Is it possible to access ASA, MM and EC500 from some other application? Does avaya exposes APIs, SDK or web services for these 3 modules.
Please can any one help me to know about these..
