Outlook add-in error when opening voicemail

If I click on a voicemail message in my Outlook 2012 I get

Out look experienced a serious problem with "symantec enndpoint protection outlook add-in" add-in

I think Call pilot is what forwards voicemail messages to my Outlook emailbox

ddecoursey, You can access www.avaya.com/espl and login and download PEP.

Got to Multimedia Applicaiton tools->MutiMedia Applications Patch Search button-> Product - enter "callpillot",-Platform enter "Desktop client"- Release enter " 05.01.02. Select CP501_Desktop_05.01.02.06. This supports outlook 2013 64 bit and 32 bit.

OK I am there...how do you initiate the download ? .....where I am now
(Enterprise Solutions PEP Library ) it only seems to give details on the version ...

CallPilot 4.0 sp1 to sp2

Hello,
We are operating an old callpilot release 4.0 with 512mb ram, and is still on windows 2003 sp1. Does anyone know if we can upgrade this to sp2 without any problems?

hello ??? anyone know how to accomplish a download from the location that was supplied above??? I went there and put in the particualars, that were recommended, ..I get a page that details all the features of the verison...but no clear way to download it.....

does it always take so long to get someone to offer help ?
