    Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to make certain the PBX rolls-over to AUDIX.

    The user can recevie phone calls, and the user has a voice mail account setup. It just does not roll-over from the Definity (PBX) to Intruity (AUDIX).

    Any help here would be apprciated.

      You just need to make sure that the "coverage path" on the station form for the user is set to one that points to the Audix hunt group.
