    Modular Messaging Fax Sending Error

    Dear Friends,
    I m facing error while sending Fax from Modular Messaging 5.2. when i try to send fax to any number fax monitor window pops up and after initializing it says...

    "the number cannot be dialed at present. the number is blacklisted"


    fax sending failure...
    could you please suggest me what should i do..thanks

        thanks for your suggestion..well i have remove the previous error....but now when i send fax..it initialize and sending then says ..there is no answer..please also suggest....

        should i need to enter outgoing fax number with trunk access code or with dial access code in mas VMSC......

          You may want to run a list trace TAC in the PBX to see what CM does with the call and make sure it's getting off-net.

            Dear Aschuyler,
            i check the traces on TAC but dont get any trace on my tac, it means MAS fax is not hitting my trunk........
            please suggest it might be due to microsoft share fax printer driver issue?
