Phones and phone service

Hello,

Our phone service is on but our messaging company is still receiving messages. How can I fix this problem so our service system no longer receives the messages while our phones our on?

Sounds like the system is in night mode or a main hunt group is not in-service. What type of system do you have? This is usually controlled either by a automated time profile or night button on an administrator's phone.
